Jason Krotts

Co-Founder & Principal

Jason Krotts stands at the helm of REDA as its co-founder and principal, guiding the company from its inception to its current standing where it has directed around $785.9 million in equity into ventures that now reflect a stabilized value of nearly $4.1 billion.

Before laying the groundwork for REDA, Jason honed his expertise as a Vice President of acquisition and development at Lowe, a distinguished real estate investment and development firm in Los Angeles. His foundational years in real estate were spent at CBRE, the premier global commercial real estate services company, where he played a pivotal role on a team that facilitated significant building sales and leasing transactions, encompassing over 10 million square feet and about 2,000 acres of land.

Jason's academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, and his commitment to nurturing future talent is evident in his role on the board of the Argyros School of Business and Economics' Masters in Real Estate Development program at the same institution.

Bill Goltermann

Co-Founder & Principal

Bill Goltermann, as the visionary co-founder and principal of REDA, has dedicated nearly four decades to sculpting the landscape of commercial real estate, with a keen eye for the intricate dance of design, development, and construction both in Southern California and nationwide. Before the inception of REDA, Bill's leadership qualities shone through in his roles at renowned public and private real estate entities such as Chelsea Property Group, McDonnell Douglas Realty Group, Lowe, Irvine Company, and Litchfield Advisors, where he was instrumental in bringing to life numerous large-scale office campus projects for top-tier Fortune 100 companies. His portfolio, impressively, accounts for over $2 billion in commercial, institutional, and retail spaces.

Holding a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a master’s from the University of Southern California, Bill's academic background is as solid as his professional track record. Beyond his real estate ventures, he extends his expertise and passion to the board of a manufacturing firm in the Chicago area and the Southern California Children's Chorus in Newport Beach, showcasing his commitment to community and the arts. Bill is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute, further cementing his role as a key player in the field of urban development.

Senior Vice President Development

Jeff Johnston

Jeff Johnston, as the Senior Vice President of Development at REDA, plays a pivotal role in steering the course of projects from inception to completion. His responsibilities span a broad spectrum, including overseeing the details of entitlements and acquisitions, sculpting the design and development phases, managing projects, fine-tuning budgets, conducting financial analysis, and leading construction management for both buildings and infrastructure.

Before his tenure at REDA, Jeff was at the helm of Johnston-Alexander & Associates, L.P., a design-build general contractor with a keen focus on industrial developments across Southern California. In this capacity, he skillfully managed every facet of the development process, from site assessments and entitlements to acquisitions, design, cost estimation, value engineering, and construction oversight. Throughout his illustrious career, Jeff has played a crucial role in the construction of over 16 million square feet of industrial and commercial spaces.

Jeff's academic foundation is robust, holding a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the University of California,  College of Law, San Francisco. Beyond his professional expertise, Jeff is also a respected member of the State Bar of California and holds a General Contractor license in the state, underscoring his deep understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of real estate development.

Chad Manista

Principal

Chad Manista serves as a Principal at REDA, where he is integral to the team's efforts in acquiring, entitling, financing, constructing, leasing and dispositioning of various projects. Before his current role, Chad brought his expertise to the table at Holland Partner Group, focusing on multifamily developments, and also gained valuable experience at Suffolk Construction and PCL Construction.

Chad's educational journey includes a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a master's degree from the University of Southern California. His time at USC was marked by his selection to represent the university in the NAIOP SoCal USC vs UCLA Real Estate Challenge, a testament to his skills and dedication. Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Chad is actively involved with NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute, contributing to the broader real estate community.

His commitment to making a difference extends beyond the professional realm; Chad dedicates his time to volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the Boys and Girls Club, demonstrating his dedication to community service and social responsibility.

Greg Brooks

Vice President

Greg Brooks brings over two decades of seasoned expertise in managing and developing both private and public sector projects. Before his tenure with REDA, he significantly contributed as a Senior Project Manager at Murow Development Consultants. There, he skillfully managed the coordination of offsite improvements for multiple industrial projects within the Inland Empire. His professional journey commenced at Black & Veatch, an esteemed global engineering and consulting firm, where he initially applied his skills as a design engineer focused on infrastructure projects.

His professional career has spanned construction management, both preliminary and final design development, cultivating and sustaining client relationships, and overseeing project budgets. His career path also led him to serve as the Construction Manager for the City of Redlands, overseeing the Capital Improvement Program, and later, he took on the role of Project Manager at All American Asphalt.

Greg's academic foundation is solid, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, underpinning his extensive professional experience and contributing to his respected standing in the field of project management and development.

Davis Case

Analyst

Davis Case plays a crucial role at REDA as an analyst, where he is deeply involved in the acquisition, financing, and construction phases of various projects. His journey to REDA was paved with significant experiences, including his time as an asset manager at Aragon Holdings, where he delved into the multifamily investment fund sector, and his contributions to the Structured Finance group at City National Bank, where he honed his skills in navigating complex financial landscapes.

Davis's academic credentials are impressive, with a master's degree in real estate from Chapman University, equipping him with a solid foundation and a deep understanding of the real estate industry's nuances and dynamics. His diverse background and education position him as a valuable asset to REDA and its portfolio of projects.

Dana D’Angelo

Marketing Director

Dana D'Angelo brings a dynamic blend of creativity and meticulous project management to her role as Marketing Director at REDA. With a keen eye for design and a knack for seamless execution, Dana's approach is action-oriented and acutely attuned to the needs of the team. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects across the finish line with precision and flair.

Before joining the REDA team six years ago, Dana honed her skills in the marketing and design arena at Colliers, where she spent three years as a marketing and design specialist, crafting compelling visual narratives. Her journey in the marketing field was further shaped by a 14-year tenure at Locus Marketing, where she excelled as a Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator, mastering the art of balancing creative demands with project imperatives.

Dana's educational background in Advertising and Marketing from Azusa Pacific University has provided a solid foundation for her diverse skill set, enabling her to navigate the complex landscape of marketing with ease and innovation. Her dedication to her craft and her role at REDA is matched only by her commitment to delivering outstanding results and fostering strong, productive relationships within the industry.

Stacy Beebe

Controller

Stacy Beebe is the Controller at REDA, bringing extensive experience in accounting and finance from various industries. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including strategic forecasting and oversight, compliance, investor and capital relations, financial reporting and cash management, as well as detailed entity and project cost accounting.

Stacy is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Communications from UC Santa Barbara. Go Gauchos!

Nate Johnson

Co-Founder - REDA Resi

Nate Johnson is a co-founder of REDA Resi and brings a remarkable track record to the table, with a portfolio that includes the design, entitlement, and construction of over 8,000 multifamily units, 570 hotel keys, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and 500 senior housing units, cumulating in projects valued over $3 billion. His experience spans a diverse range of large commercial endeavors, from $10 million to over $100 million projects in both Northern and Southern California, as well as in New Zealand. Notable projects under his belt include a mid-rise senior assisted living community, elements of Disneyland's California Adventure, various airport terminals, high-rise office buildings, educational institutions, and a fire station.

Nate's academic credentials are equally impressive, holding an MBA from UCLA Anderson, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. Beyond his professional achievements, Nate is passionate about culinary arts, particularly as an avid home chef and BBQ aficionado, delighting in creating everything from sophisticated fine dining experiences to hearty backyard BBQs for friends and family.

Santosh Kuruvilla

REDA Resi

Santosh Kuruvilla, a seasoned Principal in Business Strategy & Operations, brings a wealth of experience from the global hospitality sector. His educational foundation was laid in hotel management in India, further solidified with an advanced degree from César Ritz Le Bouveret in Switzerland. Santosh has played pivotal roles in the launch and management of landmark properties such as the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, Atlantis in Dubai, and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. His strategic contributions at the Irvine Company's Resort at Pelican Hill in California led to significant cost savings and elevated guest experiences, earning the resort top industry accolades.

In his recent role with TMC Hospitality, Santosh has been key in the growth and innovation of the Bode and Drift brands, driving initiatives that significantly enhanced revenue, employee culture, and guest satisfaction, quickly achieving a leading position on Trip Advisor.

Outside the office, Santosh's world revolves around family. Whether tending the garden or enjoying games with his two sons, his happiest moments are those spent creating joy and lasting memories with his loved ones.
