Union Logistics Center

This is planned as a logistics building in the heart of Los Angeles, approximately three miles east of downtown. The former 110-year-old flour mill is slated to be redeveloped in 2022. The building will be approximately 260,000 square feet with Union Pacific rail service and a secured 185’ truck court.
